It is aged for one year in first-use French oak barriques and six months in bottle. It shows a ruby red colour with garnet reflections.<\/p>\n<p>On the nose it is refined and delicate, with red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, floral hints of violet and a distinct black pepper spiciness typical of the variety, completed by elegant oak notes and subtle vanilla.
